In our development teams, if you start out as a consultant you can then move to a Senior Consultant in 2-3 years. From there the next step is the Manager level, achievable again based on your skills and performance. The next levels up are Senior Manager, Director, and then Vice President. A separate track would be to join us as Domain Consultant in one of our focus verticals which may take you to the level of Domain Director and VP of Business Development for that domain.

If you choose to join our sales teams, which are typically based in the US and the UK, you start as a Regional Sales Manager. The next step for you would be Regional Sales Director leading to a position of Vice President Business Development and then the Senior Vice President Global Sales.
