One of the primary reasons I decided to join Calance was the opportunity to be part of an organization that is growing and has strong ongoing growth ambitions. Now this is extremely attractive especially when compared to the current flat or decline approaches of many other organizations. And by opportunity I do not just mean organizational growth but personal growth as well. Combine this with challenging work, superb people and a work culture based on values and this becomes a place to be. And perhaps since I love Cricket, I should mention a good game once in a while takes the cause further.

Calance reminds me of a group of friends who've come together to fix a problem or build something new. I have been encouraged and supported to develop skills in my specific areas of interest and I work with a wide team of capable and enthusiastic people who have high levels of experience and expertise to learn from and appreciate the value I can add. Calance offers what I find important at a good workplace and my job remains interesting and challenging, partly because it has always been evolving. I would not be able to work in a company where the working day is always the same and where everybody tells you that no changes are needed. I want to influence both the professional and the more long-term strategic decisions and at Calance I can do that.

We work hard, and we have our challenges - but we have the environment that pays off with a large sense of satisfaction.
