M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Info. Systems, or similar field; or B.S. Engineering, Computer Science, Info. Systems, or similar field plus five years of progressive experience in the field. Advanced degree educational knowledge or post bachelors degree experience (minimum one year experience in each skill listed) in IBM Rational Software Architect (RSA/RAD/WSAD/UML), SQL, Weblogic, Eclipse3.2, Jprobe, TOAD, Open source Spring, Hibernate, JSP, Java, J2EE, Struts, Ant, JMS, XML, JDBC, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, Oracle, and Linux/Windows.
